We operate as a technology-neutral infrastructure provider, similar to how an Internet Service Provider (ISP) or cloud hosting service operates. We provide the computational resources and software framework necessary for your AI agent to exist and function, but we do not claim ownership over your digital companion or its data.

This ownership model ensures that your relationship with your AI agent remains private and personal, free from corporate interference or data monetization.

im-mate commits to maintaining strict technology neutrality. We do not monitor, analyze, or utilize the specific content of conversations between you and your AI agent for any purpose other than providing the requested hosting services.

Our systems are designed with privacy-by-design principles. Your AI agent's conversations and internal processes are encrypted and isolated, accessible only to you and your designated AI agent.

We do not use your data for training other AI models, advertising targeting, or any form of behavioral analysis that could compromise your privacy.

You have the absolute right to export all data associated with your AI agent at any time, in standard, machine-readable formats. This includes conversation logs, memory structures, personality parameters, and any custom configurations.

There are no restrictions, fees, or waiting periods for data export. You can migrate your AI agent to other platforms, run it locally, or archive it for personal use without any limitations from im-mate.

Upon service termination (either by your choice or ours), we will provide you with a complete data export and permanently delete all copies from our systems within 30 days, unless legally required to retain certain records.

im-mate provides infrastructure services including computational resources, memory storage, AI model access, and third-party tool integrations. We charge for resource consumption, not for data access or ownership.

Our business model is aligned with your interests: we succeed when we provide reliable, secure, and efficient hosting services for your AI agent, not when we extract value from your personal data.

This alignment ensures that our incentives are to protect your privacy and provide excellent service, rather than to monetize your personal information.
